Blasians + Allies MeetUp was inspired by the vision, heart and lifelong commitment to connection embodied by Acacia.
An educator, avid traveler and multiculturalist. Acacia has always been passionate about people, culture and the power of meaningful relationships. She identifies culturally as a mixed ethnicity African and Asian (Chinese) American and embraces the richness of diverse experiences and perspectives. Her love of languages and cultures has led her to study and communicate in French, Portuguese and Spanish, with familiarity in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Acacia believes that our differences are not barriers, but bridges – opportunities to learn from one another and build stronger communities together.
